In General

• In order to register, you must be able to provide samples of your art or a link to your art gallery.
  We are a forum for artists, after all. We need to check and make sure that you are one! All styles and skill-levels are welcome.
• Art must be your own. No stealing/copying!
• All drawings and requests must be appropriate and adhere to a PG-13 rating.
  With the exception of things such as tasteful nudity and blood, but please have a courtesy warning for it.
• No flaming/trolling or any other harmful posts in the forums.
  We are gathering a wide range of ages, styles and personalities here, so please try to be friendly and open-minded. We want to keep this place a great community for all artists alike. :)

  Before You Join The Secret Santa Event

• Please make sure that this is something you will be able to commit to, and that you will be available for.
  Past experience has unfortunately made this something we want you to think through. If you join and then something comes up (hey, life happens), please tell one of the mods and we'll figure something out. Though we want to try and avoid this as much as possible. ;)
• Make sure you are able to receive emails from us!
  In case we need to send you important announcements and reminders regarding the event.

• You must be able to meet the event's deadlines.
  Artists will have about a month to draw before art needs to be turned in on the set deadline. If you do not think you will be able to draw anything in that time or will be too busy, then sorry, it might not be a good idea to join the event. :( To see the deadlines, click here.
• You will need to provide a request!
  This is important because it will let your SS know what to draw for you, and it will allow you to be counted as a participant.
  You can do this in TWO ways:

  - Post your request in your profile, and then post and let us know in the participation thread that you want to join.

  OR If your request requires more space, post your own topic with your request and post in the participation thread.

  If you do not have enough in your post for your SS to go on by the time the deadline has arrived, you might not be counted.

We reserve the right to change/add rules as we see fit. Anyone caught stealing art/posting art that isn't your own, posting spam or harmful content will be subject to being banned.
