Hi everyone! I'm Kynale (or Ally, Alopec, Ky, whatever you want to call me!). I'm a psychology student who enjoys drawing as a hobby. I won't actually be drawing in the Secret Santa because instead I'm the one picking the names and doing all that fun stuff. But I will still try to post art now and then.

Really excited about having our own forum and I hope you guys enjoy it here. ^^

I've participated in SS4A once on Gaia, and find myself finally able to have the time to do it again! :3
I'm a bilingual commerce student (French and English - should give you an indication as to what I mean by "The Frigid North") majoring in HR and minoring in Marketing. I love to draw and write as a hobby. I'm hoping that, with the arrival of two new styluses for my iPad, I can start doing more iPad-based art, but so far I'm working with SAI and PS and lovin' it.

Hello! I used to be known as Akimbo on the old forum-- You can call me duskglass or my regular name, Felix.

I'm a theatre arts student in my last year at Uni-- I make costumes and props. I also love writing original stories (I'm a yearly nano participant), reading, cosplay, and drawing of course! I make a webcomic too.

I think that's about it... I'm glad to be participating again this year, and I hope this forum will be more active year-round as well! C:

I have a degree in Graphic Design and almost done with my Bachelors in Media Informatics. I'm focusing on animation, 2D and 3d, atm.

Hullo! :> Duskglass told me about this place and I am always up for drawing more stuff, so figured I'd give this a shot!

I'm... not really sure what to call myself now that I'm no longer a student, haha. I just graduated from art school (BFA in fine arts and certificate in 3d animation) and I'm working as a texture & surfacing artist right now at an animation studio, while also making comics on the side and hoping to steer my career over time towards concept art and storyboarding.

I have an ongoing webcomic here called Chirault, as well as a few self-contained minicomics and a whole bunch of stories that are still in my brain waiting to be told next (gonna give Nano a shot this year, see if I can write the story about these boogerheads).

...And, yep, I guess that's it!

I was Phantom Pocky on Gaia. You can still call me Phantom, or Pocky, or you can call me Ashley/Ashkor/Kora or whatever name you can come up with. I'm also known as Cactus among some avatar sites.
While I wasn't as active on Gaia as some of you guys, you may recognize me from a few participations in the SS exchanges from the past.

I'm an art major (hopefully) transferring this Spring so I can start a Fall semester at my first choice Uni as an Illustration major.

Hello! I've participated in SS4A a long, long time ago on gaia, but after I dropped out of the site I never got back to this awesome event, so I'm glad to start again!

My username is Tiuni, but feel free to call me Diana. I'm currently in my 4th year studying film, animation concentration, at UCLA. I'm working on my thesis film right now and trying to develop a feature treatment for it, along with a silly comic idea I've been developing for years. Yup.

I'm Jodi. I participated in SS4A while it was on gaia several times. I haven't been drawing much lately but I want to get back into it. I did flower arranging for a year while I was teaching English in Japan and that kind of fulfilled my artistic needs but now that I'm home I don't feel as attached to it. I'm doing nanowrimo at the moment to try out an idea for a webcomic I want to do but who knows if I'll ever actually start drawing it or not. I'm happy enough that I'm actually writing stuff down for once.

@tiuni: haha same, I've been horrible about checking DA at all.... I feel like I can't even find time to read messages anymore, let alone reply to things.

@mashimizu: I actually did that for my webcomic, hahaha. I ended up taking the comic a completely different route, but it was really helpful to have the story all written out for the first few chapters. Good luck with the nano, and hopefully the comic too! C:
