but in the meantime are doing just about everything else!_______________________________________ Welcome to Secret Santa - for Artists!
We originated as a guild on a site called GaiaOnline, but have now decided to branch off and create a forum of our own. We've been wanting to do this for a long time and are very excited to finally get it going!
The Secret Santa event is the main event. Sometime in November, every participant will receive a random name of a person they are to create a piece of artwork for. It's a secret who draws for who, but at the end of the year all the drawings will be posted and you'll find out who your Secret Santa was. 
NOTE: We now hold a second Secret Santa-type event in the spring or summer months as well. We call this the Secret Summer Swap, and all the same rules apply. The only difference will be the dates.
Though the Secret Santa event happens only twice a year (the main Secret Santa in the winter, and the Secret Summer Swap in the summer), in the meantime we entertain ourselves with other fun art related threads, such as freebies, word games, mini contests, and much more.
Any artist is welcome to join and we love to see fresh faces here. We encourage you to promote us and invite your friends.
